Most Expensive Home In San Francisco

In 2009, the most expensive home to sell in San Francisco was a foreclosure- 2510 Jackson Street! Featuring 9 bedrooms, 6.75 baths and 10,614 square feet of living space, this bank-owned property was on the market for 428 days. It started with a list price of $14,900,000, eventually trading hands at $11,500,000 or $1,083 a square foot. Golden Gate Bridge views, seven fireplaces, two terraces, elevator, and a four car garage are just some of the many amenities. Who would have thought foreclosures would impact the upper luxury market? Not many could have predicted this. Sounds like a great deal to us!
