The first time a house sold for more than 2 million dollars in District 5M- Mission Dolores- was in 2008. That year 2 houses sold for more than 2 million. Since then no other homes have sold in that price range. We’re thrilled that we are selling 2 beauties in that area- just listed 76 Lapidge Street and 48 Linda Street which is pending. Both feature incomparable finishes and details- just think what they’d cost if they were on the north side of town!
