There are 9 Residences currently available in the St. Regis San Francisco ranging in price from $1,450,000 to $4,295,000 and these are just the residences listed for sale on the mls. A few more are for sale “privately” like the very expensive penthouse. The question is why aren’t they selling? The services, staff, amenities are all first class- so why no takers?
